At Cardio Cartel, we’re cyclists first and retailers second. If something isn’t right, we’ll do everything we reasonably can to make it right.
Your confidence in shopping with us matters just as much as the products we sell.
Returns
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, labels and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome and process your refund if approved.

Exchanges
Need a different size or received the wrong item?
No problem.
We’ll happily exchange eligible products, subject to stock availability.
If your preferred size is unavailable, we’ll help you find the best alternative or offer a refund.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
Mistakes happen.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hoursof delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Nutrition products
- Energy gels, drinks and supplements
- Opened hydration products
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of use or installation
- Clearance items marked as Final Sale

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Cardio Cartel will cover the return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns or incorrect sizing ordered by the customer, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
