Good news. If it’s in stock, your order is usually packed and dispatched as soon as payment clears.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on where you are in South Africa.
We’ll keep you updated along the way, because nobody likes refreshing a tracking page every 10 minutes.
🔄 Bought The Wrong Thing? Relax, It Happens.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right.
- 30-day return period on eligible products
- Electronic items include a warranty where applicable
- Defective products qualify for repair, replacement, or refund in line with South African consumer law
A few exceptions apply:
- Nutrition products cannot be returned once opened
- Socks and consumable items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

If you’ve entered the wrong delivery address, email us at info@thecardiocartel.co.za as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address before it leaves our hands.
Once an order has been dispatched, address changes become a lot more complicated (and significantly less fun), so the sooner you contact us, the better.

Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days.
All products are shipped from within South Africa, so there’s no waiting for a container ship to cross an ocean.
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send tracking details so you can obsessively check its progress like the rest of us.
